Rompani S.r.l. was set up in 1963 by Gianandrea and thanks to the guide of his sons Saverio and Fabrizio it has gained over time a specific experience in mechanical working for the scouring of chip (not-in-series) of light alloys (both complete supply and contract word). With a workforce of more or less 30 employees, the company is equipped with the most modern machine tools (multitasking machines, vertical and horizontal lathes and vertical and horizontal palletized machining centers) having a maximum spindle rotation speed up to 20.000 turns, a stroke of axis equal to 1000 mm and a turning diameter up to 800 mm x 1500 in length. The production is supported by specific equipment for the realisation and maintenance of our facilities and special tools.Our company is certified according to the ISO 9001:2000 norms and provided with a centralized registration system of the quality data generated directly by the machine tools. We also have an office responsible for the quality control equipped with a 3D-machine and a person directly in charge of the machine functioning. Our company is the supplier, as first equipment, of some of the most famous companies that deal with the production of cars, motorbikes and electrical appliances; our technical office collaborates with these businesses on the planning of products (co-design) in order to create a product characterized by the best quality-price ratio.
